Venezuela, selection of plantations that cover only a few hectares in a vast area in the western area of Merida, Trujillo, Tachira e Zulia and south of the Maracaibo lake.

Organoleptic Characteristics
Notes of almonds and coffee. Great fineness, roundness, and persistence.

Classification
Sur del Lago is a mix of Trinitario cocoas with a high quantity of Criollo blood. This cocoa ferments for 4 days.

  • Storage: the product must be stored in a cool, dry, odor-free place, at a temperature of 57- 68°F | 14-20°C
