This cocoa selected by Domori in Ivory Coast comes from a region between the villages of Toumodi, Oulaidon, Taabo, and Lilebe near the coast.

Organoleptic Characteristics
Dominant notes of cocoa and chocolate along with hints of coconut, hazelnut, bread crust, and spices. Low in acidity and astringency with minimal bitterness. Also ideal as a base for Milk Chocolate, Gianduja, and Fudge.
