Built to the highest standards and manufactured in the USA, the Melanger 15 refines particle size to under 20 microns for consistently smooth results.

The machine features a high-efficiency, continuous-duty motor engineered for 24x7 operation. Its direct gear drive system eliminates belts and chains, resulting in exceptionally quiet performance. The unit operates based on load, consuming only the electricity required, which leads to significant energy savings over time.

Plug-and-play ready, the Melanger 15 includes a tilting mechanism for fast emptying and easy cleaning. Its modular design allows for straightforward assembly and disassembly using basic tools, and the unit is light enough to be transported by a single person. The Melanger 15 meets or exceeds international safety and energy efficiency standards and is CE certified.
