HTD Aluminum Gear with Bearing No-Slip Gear System

  • This spare part is compatible with 8lb/ 3 kg and 10lb/4kg capacity Premier Chocolate Refiner (countertop model) purchased in or after November 2018.
  • This is a replacement aluminum gear with a heavy duty bearing pressed into it. This aluminum gear is driven by the Gearbelt connected to the motor pulley. The aluminum gear meshes with the black plastic gear.

Note: You will need either motorcycle chain lube or lithium grease to reduce friction between the aluminum gear and the black plastic gear in order to ensure lasting performance of your refiner.
