Aluminum Gear With Bearing Assembly

  • These spare parts are compatible with:
    • ANY 8lb/3kg capacity small Premier Chocolate Refiner (countertop model)
    • 10lbs/4kg capacity Tilting Premier Chocolate Refiner (countertop model) only purchased in or prior to October 2018.
  • This is a replacement aluminum gear with a heavy duty bearing pressed into it. This aluminum gear mates with the black gear. Note: You will need either motorcycle chain lube or lithium grease to reduce friction between the gears in order to ensure the lasting performance of your Refiner.
