Performance and Use


Following customer feedback, the stainless steel stone holder has been redesigned for heavy-duty production. The improved design allows ingredients to move more freely inside the drum, creating better shear, improved aeration, and shorter refining times.

For chocolate, the improved aeration helps disperse acetic acid and other acrid compounds, resulting in smoother, less viscous chocolate. For nut butters, the optimized product flow helps create a smooth and consistent texture.

The simplified design makes the unit easier to clean, maintain, assemble, and disassemble while reducing product waste during use.
