The DCM Breeze Cracker-Winnower Mini is a tabletop version of our popular DCM Breeze Winnower™. Designed for makers with smaller production needs, the Breeze Mini has the same high processing efficiency as the full-size unit and allows for hands-free operation. It can run on a home vacuum (we recommend the Miele Canister C1 model).
With an adjustable cracking system and solid stainless construction, DCM Breeze Mini processes raw and roasted cocoa beans at an average rate of 10-15 kg per hour. Breeze Mini quietly & efficiently processes beans of various sizes and shapes after only a single pass; no manual sorting and post-processing is needed with the exception of flats and other organic material.
When you combine DCM’s advanced engineering process with Breeze’s superior-build quality, the result is very little dust and fewer shell fragments in the nibs. And due to the lack of fines, there is low loss of nibs and cocoa butter in the winnowed shells.
