This refurbished drum and roller stone kit is compatible with the Premier 8 lb Chocolate Refiner. Minor cosmetic imperfections have been repaired, and this does not affect the performance.Please note that this kit allows for a complete replacement of your current assembly: if you currently have a 10 lb Premier, the drum included here will fit, after replacing the center rod included in the kit. The ability to adapt the unit to produce smaller batch sizes can be helpful for things like nut butters and specialty chocolates. At $140 for this kit, there is more than a 35% cost savings.
